CONTINENTAL USA AND CANADA

In Continental USA, the shipping & handling charges are as follows:

  • $7.95 - $12.95 US, or higher depending of weight and size of a package; therefore, each time your bill be adjusted accordingly.

In Canada, the shipping & handling charges are as follows:

  • $7.95 - $12.95 CAD, or higher depending of weight and size of a package; therefore, each time your bill be adjusted accordingly. Canadian deliveries are also subject to 7.00% GST.

OUTSIDE CONTINENTAL USA AND CANADA

When delivered outside Continental USA and Canada by Canada Post Air Mail, there are the following shipping and handling charges:

  • $28.95 US when ONE Formula ordered

  • $39.95 US when TWO or THREE Formulas ordered

  • $59.95 US when FOUR Formulas ordered.

  • $69.95 US when FIVE or SIX Formulas ordered.

Therefore, each time your bill will be adjusted accordingly.

On all other products (books, videotapes, audiotapes) delivered outside Continental USA and Canada by Canad Post International, there is a shipping and handling charge of

  • $6.95 - 16.95 US, depending on weight and size of a packge.

TIME OF DELIVERY

  • United States: minimum 9 business days
  • Canada: minimum 4 business days
  • Outside Continental U.S. and Canada: minimum 14 business days.

RETURNS POLICY

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any of the following items to Full Health Nutrition, for any reason, for a refund:

  • Any UNOPENED dietary supplement in its original condition (still with both the outer and the inner seals intact and unbroken!)
  • Any book, tape (cassette/VHS), or DVD in its original condition (not damaged or misused).

However, ALL products returned within 30 days of receipt of the shipment will be charged a 15% restocking fee and a Canadian Customs brokerage fee (if any). If your return is NOT the result of our error, also the shipping and handling cost of the returned item/s will be deducted from your refund.

Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion.

We cannot accept items returned after 60 days.

EXCHANGES OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Full of Health Inc. can exchange items only if they are defective or damaged.

REFUNDS

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item/s. You can expect a refund within 14 business days of our receiving your return.

SENDING YOUR RETURN

  • Using the e-mail address below, notify us about your return first in order to obtain an authorization number and shipping instructions.
  • Send the item/s by United States Postal Service or another service/courier along with a separate sheet of paper noting the authorization number, your name, address and e-mail address (and with the reason for your return). You can use the original envelope the item/s arrived in or another padded envelope, if you prefer.


PLEASE NOTE: If your return is NOT the result of our error, the shipping and handling cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund.


IMPORTANT NOTE

ALL returned products will be charged:
