CONTINENTAL USA AND CANADA

In Continental USA, there is a shipping & handling charge

of $10.95 US on delivery of Arterial Cleansing Formula/s by UPS or Canada Post

of $4.75 - 16.95 US on delivery of other dietary supplements and/or products ordered (books, videotapes, DVD's, audiotapes), depending of weight and size of a package.

Therefore, each time your bill will be adjusted accordingly.

In Canada, there is a shipping and handling charge

of $10.95 CAN on delivery of Arterial Cleansing Formula/s by Purolator or Canada Post
of $4.75 - $16.95 CAN on delivery of other nutritional supplements and/or products ordered (books, videotapes, DVD's, audiotapes), depending on weight and size of a package.

Therefore, each time your bill will be adjusted accordingly. Canadian deliveries are subject to 7.00% GST.

OUTSIDE CONTINENTAL USA AND CANADA

On Arterial Cleansing Formula and other supplements, delivered outside Continental USA and Canada by Canada Post Registered International with a proof of delivery, there are the following shipping and handling charges:

$20.95 US when ONE Formula ordered

$30.95 US when TWO or THREE Formulas ordered

$50.95 US when FOUR Formulas ordered.

$59.95 US when FIVE or SIX Formulas ordered.

Therefore, each time your bill will be adjusted accordingly.

On all other products (books, videotapes, audiotapes) delivered outside Continental USA and Canada by Canad Post International, there is a shipping and handling charge of

TIME OF DELIVERY

United States: 5-8 business days

Canada: 3-4 business days

Outside Continental U.S. and Canada: 10-14 business days.

RETURNS POLICY

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any of the following items to Full Health Nutrition Canada, for any reason, for a refund:

Any UNOPENED dietary supplement in its original condition (still with both the outer and the inner seals intact and unbroken!)

Any book, tape (cassette/VHS), or DVD in its original condition (not damaged or misused).

However, ALL products returned within 30 days of receipt of the shipment will be charged a 10% restocking fee and a Canadian Customs brokerage fee (if any).

Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion.

We cannot accept items returned after 60 days.

EXCHANGES OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Full Health Nutrition Canada can exchange items only if they are defective or damaged.

REFUNDS

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a full refund of your original payment within 2 business days of our receiving your return.

SENDING YOUR RETURN

Using the e-mail address below, notify us about your return first in order to obtain an authorization number and shipping instructions.

Send the items along with a separate sheet of paper noting your name, address and e-mail address (and with the reason for your return). You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.

PLEASE NOTE: If your return is NOT the result of our error, the shipping and handling cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund.

IMPORTANT NOTE
ALL returned products will be charged:

a 10% restocking fee and

a Canadian Customs brokerage fee (if any).
