Nutritional Atherosclerosis Control - Reduce Chest Pain (Angina Pectoris)
Chest pain is one of the symptoms of atherosclerosis of coronary arteries - the arteries located on the surface of the heart that supply blood to the heart muscle.
This type of pain, pressure or vague discomfort is caused by insufficient flow of oxygen-rich blood to a portion of the heart muscle due to plaque-like atherosclerotic deposits.
Angina symptoms may develop gradually; however, an occlusion caused by a clot can trigger a rapid onset of pain with serious consequences.
The body's natural reaction to a narrowing of the arteries are collaterals - small blood vessels that detour blood around any blockages due to buildup of plaque.
Collaterals are made only in case of a significant narrowing of the blood vessels - over 90 per cent (!). In many people, this self-defense mechanism is not functioning properly and may be triggered too late, not efficiently, or not at all.
Unfortuantely, without immediate intervention, the results of this mulfunctioning are often fatal.
The Most Common Warning Signals
However, chest pain (or a "clutching pain") is not always the typical heart attack observable feeling.
As a matter of fact, most heart attack survivors avoid the use of the word "pain" when describing the sensations which accompanied their attack. Instead, they use a range of descriptions, including:
- tightening and pressure in the chest
- a lump in the throat
- indigestion
- wind, belching, and
- a need to keep swallowing.
Heart attack survivors often resort to gestures (such as touching the chest, neck or arm) as they struggle to find words for a sensation for which no shared language exists.
Here is a partial list of the most common warning signals for a heart attack:
- sweating
- nausea
- discomfort in the arms and neck, and
- breathing difficulties.
If these and other symptoms gradually intensify for well over 15 minutes, during which time your remain free to move around normally, you should be dialing 911.
The Nutritional Advantage
The results of nutritional approach go beyond the relief of leg pain! Its goal is to improve and/or restore the blood flow in the entire circulatory system.
Only optimum nutrition can boost the body chemistry, helping the cells to
- receive more vital nutrients - nourishment needed for their optimal function (and survival), and
- undergo the ongoing process of detoxification - an essential factor in preventing and fighting all health problems.
This is especially important for those, who have a family history of diabetes, heart disease or stroke due to atherosclerosis.
Eating Plan for Arterial Health
As atherosclerosis, to a great extent, is intimately related to what you eat, your diet has a strong impact on your cardiovascular health. Therefore, your food choices should be given serious consideration.
Gentle Exercise for Arterial Health
There is strong evidence that exercise and stress reduction - if done regularly - are both protective of the cardiovascular system and supportive of the immune processes. For adults, atherosclerosis is almost always a sign of not enough exercise.
Arterial Cleansing Formula©
By providing optimum conditions for the proper functioning of the body's own intrinsic ability to heal itself, nutritional arterial cleansing helps the body:
- create small blood vessels (collaterals) that detour blood around any blockages due to buildup of plaque,
- improve fibrinolysis - the body's processes of dissolving old blood clots, and
- "scrub" - safely and gradually - arterial plaque away with a detergent-like action, so that the arteries don't plug up elsewhere.
As soon as more oxygen-rich blood starts to reach the heart muscle through the coronary arteries, chest pain goes away!
Restored Circulation In A Coronary Artery (Photos)
The following interior photos are of a coronary artery, of a 68-year-old male, before and after the nutritional cleansing. (The white patches and the central dark spot inside the arteries are reflections of the light used by the camera to illuminate its target).
A.
An interior photo of a coronary artery, prior to the nutritional arterial plaque reduction - blockage up to approximately 72 per cent.
B.
Another interior photo of the same coronary artery, after five (5) months on the nutritional arterial plaque reduction - blockage down to about 24 per cent.
With two (2) more months remaining of the nutritional cleansing, the blockage was reduced from 72 per cent down to 24 per cent!

User's Comment
Almost every week, we hear new stories from those who have benefited from this simple, nutritional method - so simple that, at first, its simplicity made them difficult to believe. These stories speak for themselves.
A woman writes to us:
Sunday, November 5, 2000
"For the last three months, I had a constant pain in the area of my heart: from morning to morning. Doctors could only temporarily stop it, but soon it would re-occur. They just suggested more and more tests, but my pain continued.
Now, after being on the Arterial Cleansing Formula for the first couple of weeks, I am pain-free most of the time. Additionally, the shortness of breath became more rare, I can sleep better, and have less anxiety.
Thank you!
