Andrzej J. Mierzejewski | Registered Holistic Nutritionist | Bioenergy Healing Facilitator | Reverse Atherosclerosis Naturally | Artery Cleansing Clarevasa Formula
Just because (almost) every medical doctor thinks that atherosclerosis is incurable and it is not unanimously proven that it might regress, doesn't necessarily mean it's true.

In 1998, I began recommending the micronutritional artery cleansing to my friends and acquaintances in need. This concept represented for me everything that natural, targeted cardiovascular support should be to stop and reverse the catastrophic effects of atherosclerosis. My recommendation was also based on the strong belief that it could help save their lives. And, believe me, it did!

Today, that belief soundly confirmed by years of experience and the growing body of nutritional research is stronger than ever. That's why I'm sharing this concept with you. Once you know it, accept it and, most importantly, apply it, you will be in better control of the quality of your cardiovascular health. Don't be afraid, then, and go out on a limb, as someone once said; that's where the fruit is.
- Andrew Mierzejewski, Formulator

How to Get the Most
Out of the Micronutritional Artery Cleansing*

Once again, please read it thoughtfully. The life you can help to save may be your own.
The micronutritional artery cleansing is a different route to contribute not only to your freedom from cardiovascular disease, but also to your optimum health, that is your ability to function at your best.

But when, after reading about this self-help method to reduce the buildup of atherosclerotic plaque, you go back to your doctor for an opinion, he or she may say sarcastically, "Arterial cleansing?! Hogwash! Whom are you going to trust? The Internet? I am your doctor. And as a medical professional, I am responsible for your health."

Not being sure of who's actually giving you the correct information, you may face a real dilemma, a serious problem of trust. However, if - despite following your doctor's routine orders - you are not doing well, then, you should look at your situation honestly and ask yourself, "Am I willing to try a different route to get better?"

It's a well-known fact that no one is immune to well-meaning but sometimes misguided advice from their doctors. Yes, they are professionals with medical degrees - but not with nutrition degrees. Unfortunately, as nutritional science has been excised from the medical school curriculum, most physicians have been, and still are, misinformed about nutrition. For a reason, of course. That's why twenty-five percent - or one in four - of Americans over the age of 40 are currently taking statins convinced that lowering cholesterol is good for them.

While reading these recommendations keep also the following data in mind:

According to a cross-sectional study of 650 asymptomatic people, by age 50 years, atherosclerosis was present in 82 percent of men and 68 percent of women (The Lancet 2013).

About 58 million Americans - nearly one in four - live with some form of cardiovascular disease diagnosed by a doctor! Over 90 percent of Canadians are at some risk for heart attack or stroke. And the list goes on and on.

However, the most distressing truth is that "by the time a person is diagnosed with atherosclerosis, the plaques are often well established and there are currently no [medical-AM] therapies that can regress the established plaques," admits Dr. Orina Belton, Head of Research & Innovation at the University College Dublin School of Biomolecular and Biomedical Science.

Actually, this is a direct, honest acknowledgement of the modern mass medicine's limits. But there is no need to be upset by this bitter truth and lose hope, especially when help is at hand - a little-known but time-tested specialty nutritional formula for arterial self-cleansing.

The following are the circumstances and conditions under which CLAREVASA may be taken to help you counteract the atherosclerotic changes within arteries safely and naturally.

Remember: Do not stop taking any of your medications or change the doses of any of your medications unless you first talk to your doctor.

I. Advanced Therapeutic Measure:
If you have a history of a heart attack or stroke/mini-stroke, and/or you have undergone a surgical procedure (endarterectomy, angioplasty/stenting, bypass), or you have been suffering from peripheral artery disease, or you are a diabetic with cardiovascular complications, e.g., prone to/or with gangrene in the foot, in order to cleanse and/or unclog your arteries of plaque build-up you should stay on CLAREVASA much longer - usually, for as many months as your biological age divided by five (5).

For example: if you are  50 years old  - after a heart attack, stroke, or bypass surgery, or you are a diabetic with cardiovascular complications - you should take CLAREVASA at  full daily amounts (10 tablets) for at least ten consecutive months ; therefore, you would need ten (10) bottles of CLAREVASA.

PLEASE NOTE: It is our experience that, for full benefits, the advanced therapeutic nutritional arterial cleansing absolutely requires taking a superior quality fish oil (not generic supermarket brands!), such as UltraPremium Mega EPA+™.

It has been confirmed by our clients and customers time and time again that high-quality fish oil supplementation demonstrates a strong synergistic effect with CLAREVASA.

After completing the nutritional arterial cleansing, please have your condition re-evaluated at doctor's office.

II. Therapeutic Measure:
If you have a family history of heart disease or stroke (cardiovascular disease can often run in families!), or you have been diagnosed with peripheral artery disease, or you are a diabetic and want to avoid cardiovascular complications, in order to cleanse and/or unclog your arteries of plaque build-up you should stay on CLAREVASA for as many months as your biological age divided by ten (10).

For example: if you are  50 years old , you should take CLAREVASA at  full daily amounts (10 tablets) for at least five consecutive months ; therefore, you would need five (5) bottles of CLAREVASA.

PLEASE NOTE: It is our experience that, for full benefits, the therapeutic nutritional arterial cleansing requires taking a superior quality fish oil (not generic supermarket brands!), such as UltraPremium Mega EPA+™.

It has been confirmed by our clients and customers time and time again that high-quality fish oil supplementation demonstrates a strong synergistic effect with CLAREVASA.

After completing the nutritional arterial cleansing, please have your condition re-evaluated at doctor's office.

III. Preventive Measure:
CLAREVASA is most effective as a preventive measure, as in a large percentage of cases - approximately 50 percent - the first symptom of cardiovascular disease is a fatal heart attack or stroke. But this need not be.

If there is a history of a heart attack, stroke or peripheral artery disease in your family, or you are a diabetic and want to avoid cardiovascular complications, or, you just want to maintain/optimize your cardiovascular health, you should take CLAREVASA every year at  full dose (10 tablets daily in divided amounts) for at least six consecutive months ; therefore, you would need six (6) bottles of CLAREVASA.

As the old saying goes, an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure. And by taking good care of your arteries, you can easily add ten or more functional (active) years to your life. You also need to keep seeing your doctor for regular medical check-ups.

The Importance of Drinking More of Alkaline Water
CLAREVASA contains significant amounts of hydrochlorides, in other words, water-soluble and water-absorbing (hygroscopic) ingredients, such as Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine HCl), Potassium (as K Chloride), L-Cysteine HCl, L-Lysine (as Lysine HCl), and Betaine HCl. Therefore, we recommend drinking lots of water while taking CLAREVASA.

As an essential and vital nutrient, water is a major constituent of our bodies and vital organs. Because we cannot store water, it must be constantly supplied, always fresh and purified. Dark-yellow urine and/or infrequent urination, for example, are some of the symptoms of dehydration - a water imbalance disrupting levels of salts and sugars in the blood, which can interfere with the fundamental bodily functions. Many people, women in particular, believe that drinking water causes fluid retention. In fact, the opposite is true. The body retains water only if there is too little water is the cells.

Do your best, then, and try to sip throughout the day at least six to eight (6-8) cups of purified water, preferably alkaline water, which has a higher pH level than "regular" water. Alkaline water helps neutralize acid in your bloodstream, boost your metabolism and increase the absorption of nutrients.

Do You Experience Any Signs of Indigestion?

Take a moment to think about your digestion and ask yourself: "Do I have any symptoms of indigestion (burping, bloating, constipation, etc.)?" If your answer is "Yes" or "Not sure," or "I'm using anti-acids daily," then consider taking a comprehensive digestive aid (a broad-spectrum only!), such as XTRAGEST™.

Remember: Only by optimizing your digestion you can be sure that your gut breaks down food into individual macronutrients (proteins, fats, carbohydrates) and micronutrients (vitamins, minerals), and gets them along with CLAREVASA into the bloodstream where they can do their work productively. A quality broad-spectrum digestive aid is also a must-have (not a nice-to-have!) for those who have their gallbladder removed.

How Soon You Can Honestly Expect Results*

Let's be realistic here. You won't wipe off the artery-clogging "gunk" over the weekend! As the development of atherosclerotic plaque does not occur overnight (you have to work hard to develop artery disease), its removal requires sufficient time, not to mention self-determination, commitment and persistence.

Here's the bitter truth: on average, the complete nutritional regression and/or reversal of atherosclerosis may take from one to two, sometimes three years, depending on its severity. Unfortunately, there are no shortcuts to this process if you expect full benefits - measurable results and a positive return on your investment of effort, time and money.

For this reason, we strongly encourage you to be persistent and consistent, asking yourself over and over again: "Am I really doing what it takes to reduce the buildup of plaque in my arteries?"

Some symptoms, however, subside much faster than others as we are all different. For example, in many people significant symptomatic improvements in chest pain and/or leg pain can be noted within three-four weeks.

Only by improving the endothelial function, the quality of blood vessels and blood supply, you can decrease and/or avoid the risk of developing arterial hardening (stiffening) and narrowing or blockage that may lead to a heart attack, stroke, or peripheral artery disease that can cause foot ulcers and/or gangrene!

PLEASE NOTE: On average, two to three (2 - 3) months are necessary for the initial evaluation of CLAREVASA's suitability for individuals with cardiovascular health concerns.

How to Take CLAREVASA*

RULE #1: Spread It Out.
Because more than one (1) tablet of CLAREVASA should be taken in a day, you need to spread tablets out. This is a long-known fact, especially with water-soluble vitamins, such as vitamin C and B-complex vitamins. The body's levels of such vitamins typically return to a "normal" baseline levels every four hours. So, replenishing them by taking them regularly - with each meal - is essential.

Also, the body tends to absorb supplements better a little bit at a time. Smaller doses taken at one time mean that the gastrointestinal (GI) tract is exposed to a higher percentage of the dose at a given moment, because of the surface area of the intestines. It is especially important for calcium as a multiple dosage can lead to a much higher (by 80-100 per cent!) total calcium absorption

Therefore,  start gradually by taking 6 tablets per day, 2 with each meal. Continue at this level for 3 days. On the fourth day, increase up to 8 tablets daily, also in divided amounts with meals. After 3 more days, increase to 10 tablets - your daily dose for a full arterial cleansing effect.

RULE #2: Take More At Lunch
Taking a higher dosage of CLAREVASA after lunch will also give you an energy boost for the afternoon. That is why  we do not recommend taking CLAREVASA at dinner time (after 6 pm)  as some people may experience difficulty falling asleep, unless you need more energy to stay up late at night.

However, don't obsess if your lifestyle doesn't allow you to follow these guidelines to the letter. But to the extent that you can incorporate these rules into your regimen, you may be a better general in the fight for your arterial health.

RULE #3: Always Take It with Food.
This is partly an extension of the logic behind the Rule #1 and #2. Almost all nutrients absorb better if allowed to pass slowly though the GI tract with food. And this isn't just a "likely story."

For example, studies do show that calcium is better taken up when taken with a meal. It applies especially to calcium carbonate. It is absorbed nearly as well in people who already produce nearly no stomach acid as in folks with normal stomach acidity - if they take it with food.

Therefore, many people prefer to take 5 tablets twice daily, that is 5 with breakfast or lunch, and another 5 with dinner/supper. Others like to take 3 with breakfast, 4 with lunch, and 3 with dinner/supper. The choice is yours and depends on your needs, preferences and your lifestyle.

Taking CLAREVASA with food also makes it less likely to cause stomach upset or nausea, if any, usually due to a temporary "cleansing reaction". By the way, any nutrient may give you digestive "trouble." It doesn't matter what and how good the supplement is: there is always someone out there who just won't have a happy tummy when she/he takes it. This is even true of dummy sugar pills!

The Lesson: Don't automatically wonder if there's something wrong with CLAREVASA, if you can't stomach it. Take it with food, spread out the dose - and if worst comes to worst, just reduce the dosage for a few days, and then gradually increase back to previous one. This also applies to a possible initial "cleansing reaction."

Temporary "Cleansing" Reaction
After beginning to take CLAREVASA, some people (about 5 percent) may experience slight headaches and/or fatigue, some gastrointestinal upset, such as burping, belching, bloating/gas, sensations of nausea, increased urination or bowel movements. It is not unusual. These symptoms are only temporary and typically go away after a few days.

Also during the regression of atherosclerosis a temporary increase of total cholesterol (TC) in the blood can be expected as it is going to be released from the arterial walls. But at the same time, the level of blood triglycerides (TG) will go down and the HDL-"good" cholesterol (HDL-C) will go up.

Also the color of your urine may turn bright or neon yellow, mainly due to the B-2 vitamin (riboflavin) and vitamin C (ascorbic acid) present in CLAREVASA. This is normal. Your body is absorbing what it can take in, and the excesses are simply passed out in the urine.

As you can see, the nutritional arterial cleansing is an ongoing process of self-regulation taking place in the entire cardiovascular system. Although safe and with no side effects, it may be accompanied by some ups-and-downs - an indispensable part of this complex and dynamic process.

Difficulty Swallowing Pills?
If you have difficulty swallowing pills, you may crush the tablets in a coffee grinder, or in a mortar and pestle. The resulting powder can be mixed with an unsweetened applesauce (no sugar added!), or with plain cottage cheese, and taken with other food at the time. Remember: it is necessary to take CLAREVASA daily.

"Bad" Smell
Two sulphur-containing amino acids - L-Cysteine, L-Lysine and Dl-Methionine - in CLAREVASA may give off traces of sulphur dioxide ("bad smell"). This does NOT diminish its effectiveness in any way. To reduce the "odor" between uses, you can keep an opened bottle in a refrigerator (for a long-term storage, you may keep extra bottles in a freezer).

May Arterial Cleansing Help with ED*

Yes! Many males suffering from erectile dysfunction (ED) have found CLAREVASA effective in improving their sexual functioning as a condition once called "impotence" can be a sign of an earlier stage of atherosclerosis in the penile arteries.

The plaque deposits reduce blood flow to the penis, making it difficult to get and maintain an erection. Smaller arteries often get blocked up before larger arteries, like those supplying blood to the heart. That is why ED should be considered as one of early warning signs of a heart attack (the severity of ED increases steadily with the risks of cardiovascular disease).

Unfortunately, penile arterial dysfunction as an underlying cause of ED is commonly underestimated by standard medicine. As a result, instead of addressing this causative factor involved in impotence, doctors recommend other "solutions," such as oral medications (PDE5 inhibitors, including VIAGRA), injectable medicines, potions, or even mechanical aids, like an FDA-approved vacuum erection device (VED).

Thousands of men, husbands and wives would have been thrilled about the possibility of improving their sex life naturally - - if only their doctors had known and mentioned CLAREVASA to them.

Are There Any Interactions with Medications*

If you are presently being treated by a physician, please continue. You will need your doctor to monitor any prescription drugs that you may be taking, especially blood thinners: anticoagulants, such as heparin or Warfarin (also called Coumadin), and anti-platelet drugs, such as Plavix and aspirin. As your arterial health improves, you will likely need fewer drugs. Let your doctor know about your symptomatic improvement, so he or she will be able to adjust their dosages as you might need less and less medications.

There is usually no interaction with the nutritional tablets and any drugs taken - with the possible exception of antibiotics, which may nullify some of the effect of some vitamins, and vice-versa. There are no harmful effects of such an interaction, simply a diminishment of results. Therefore, take antibiotics (or any other drug for which interaction may be suspect) two (2) hours apart from taking CLAREVASA.

A Cautionary Note *
Caution should be taken in people with some form of thyroid disease (hypothyroidism/thyroid underactivity, hyperthyroidism/thyroid overactivity, thyroid nodules or thyroid cancer), an auto-immune disorder, chronic inflammatory diseases, such as Crohn's disease, rheumatoid arthritis, and gout, the last one being common in men over the age of 40.

Therefore, if you are on synthetic thyroid hormones, such as levothyroxine, you should take the first dose of CLAREVASA four (4) hours AFTER these medications, as it may increase/decrease the intended pharmacological effects of thyroid drugs. Also, if you are taking immune suppressants you need to consult your doctor first.

Due to the presence of niacin and, especially, the surplus of ascorbic acid, in patients with high levels of uric acid CLAREVASA can cause uric acid to rise to even higher levels. It does not happen though in people with normal uric acid levels, as most of it is processed by the kidneys and excreted in urine.

You can help to lower uric acid levels by eating black or tart cherries fresh, frozen, or from concentrate or juiced. The juice, however, contains a lower percentage of cherry extract and sometimes has artificial cherry flavoring added to it. The other popular form is in a tablet or capsule. The dietary supplements have a more concentrated cherry extract and produce much better results (there is some tart cherry extract in CLAREVASA).

Full of essential nutrients, black and tart cherries contain potent antioxidant compounds called anthocyanins (type of flavonoid) that appear to reduce inflammation associated with elevated uric acid levels by blocking two enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2) involved in the production of inflammatory compounds known as prostaglandins. Anthocyanins in black and tart cherries can be as effective in reducing inflammation as some non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications, including aspirin and ibuprofen.

A Relative Contraindication*
CLAREVASA is NOT recommended for people with active cancer. However, it is ideal for maintenance once the cancer has been overcome.

Quality and Purity Assured

Don't be fooled by very low-priced dietary supplements. Many are made from cheap, unhealthy synthetic ingredients.

In today's go-go marketplace, it is difficult to make the right choice. Being constantly bombarded by supplement promoters advertising their products, you may become easily confused or, even, suspicious.

You may rest assured then that each batch of CLAREVASA has passed many laboratory tests required by law.

Glandular Substances:
Glandular substances (concentrates) used in CLAREVASA are bovine/porcine and free of contaminants, such as BSE, and of the highest possible quality.

Glandular concentrates are made by removing surgically excess fat from the glands of animals. Next, the tissue is frozen rapidly at an extremely low temperature and then dehydrated in a vacuum. All possible moisture is removed by this process called lyophilization. No solvents of any kind are used. All desirable nutritional factors of the original glands are retained and maintain their stability for an extended period of time.

Glandular concentrates are completely safe. They are NOT hormones, they do not contain hormones, do not act as hormones, and they do not depress the body's production of hormones. They merely provide specific raw material to help glands repair themselves and function better.
